The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.thefulvicacidcompany.com (the "website") and your use of the website itself. The Fulvic Acid Company can only supply goods that are ordered online via the website and we can also accept orders by post.
Prices & Currencies Accepted
All prices are shown on the website in £ sterling (GBP). All payments which will include all taxes, delivery, shipping and handling fees must be made by you. The Fulvic Acid Company can accept payment in £ sterling (GBP). All currencies will be converted to GBP (£ Sterling) and you will be liable for any exchange rate charges made by your card provider. All prices are as stated on the website but we reserve the right at any time to revise the price of goods without notice.
Payment Details & Security
Online payment available via PayPal. Payment can be made by personal cheque but must also include a standard £3 post and packaging charge.
Availability
All goods are subject to availability and may be changed at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. The Fulvic Acid Company will contact you to arrange this via email the next working day.
Posting & Delivery
UK All orders will be despatched using Royal Mail (First Class), Parcel Force or other courier and will take no longer than 3 working days to be delivered. EUROPE Standard Delivery - approximately 5-10 working days - cost dependent on order. Please note most orders require a signature on receipt. REST OF THE WORLD Standard Delivery - approximately 8-12 working days - cost dependent on order. Please note most orders require a signature on receipt. Important: Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information. Delivery costs will vary depending on the number of goods ordered and the country goods are being sent to. See Postage & Packing for full delivery costs. Should there be any substantive delay in delivery then I will notify you by email immediately and will arrange an alternative delivery schedule or offer a refund.
Lost or Damaged Goods
In the event that any goods are lost or damaged in transit please contact me immediately via email to info<at>thefulvicacidcompany.com. In the case of non-delivery please wait 7 working days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In case of goods received damaged or faulty please retain the goods and contact us within 10 days of receipt, whereupon we will arrange for the damaged or faulty goods to be exchanged or will provide a refund of the cost of the goods to the card the goods were purchased on.
Returns & Refunds
The Fulvic Acid Company is committed to providing the best customer service available. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the unused goods to me in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot make a refund for goods which have been opened unless an adverse reaction has occurred to either yourself or your pets which can be proved beyond reasonable doubt that it was caused by the product. We will issue a refund (which will not include the costs of delivery) on receipt of unused goods. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the receipt and a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour. The goods are your responsibility until they reach me. For your own protection, I recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Complaints & Queries

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that I collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly to provide you with the best possible service. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have expressly given me your consent. We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future. The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, and your email address. As we have already stated we do not collect or hold any credit /debit card information from you. we will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent and it is in your interests. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information we hold about you is accurate and up to date. If you wish, you can check the information that we hold about you at any time by emailing me and asking for details. If you find any inaccuracies we will either delete the information or correct it as required.
Warranties
The Fulvic Acid Company is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided over and above its statutory obligation to provide goods of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 as amended by the Supply of Good and Services Act 1994. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Availability of Website
We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that this website does not have any problems and that the goods displayed are available. However, we cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the website are in stock or available.
Intellectual Property Rights
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or display any part of this site without permission. All trademarks, product names and company names or logos featured on the website are the property of their owners.
Right to Alter Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to alter these terms and conditions without notice from time to time.

These terms and conditions will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and by using the website you agree to submit to the exclusive of the courts of England and Wales.
